Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Tax Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for overseeing and organizing the local tax function, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for all country and international tax matters, including governance functions for tax-related processes and audits.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the organization of local tax function, including tax planning, risk management, and compliance
  • Serve as primary contact for external stakeholders on tax matters
  • Coordinate tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities and external advisors
  • Provide tax advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on new business models and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze impact of new tax regulations and stay up-to-date on current laws and rulings
  • Support in contract negotiations, including tax clauses
Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of local and international tax laws and regulations
