Job Title: Custom Cabinetry Designer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced designer to create high-quality cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes, and other custom joinery projects.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of cabinetry construction, hardware, and installation practices. Proficiency in Mozaik software is essential, as well as excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed cabinetry drawings and 3D renderings using Mozaik software.
  • Interpret architectural plans, client briefs, and design specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
  • Make recommendations on design improvements and functionality to enhance the overall quality of the cabinetry.
  • Provide accurate shop drawings and assembly instructions to the production team to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Troubleshoot and adjust designs to ensure seamless integration with existing cabinetry and fixtures.
  • Collaborate with cabinet makers and installers to resolve design or fitting issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Custom Cabinetry Designer, ideally in a custom joinery environment.
  • Proficiency in Mozaik software, including design, drafting, and production modules.
  • Strong understanding of cabinetry construction, hardware, and installation practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical plans.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
