Job Opportunity

We are seeking a strategic Paid Search Analyst to drive measurable ROI and contribute to e-commerce growth across multiple platforms.

This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all paid search campaigns.

  • Manage and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy planning, and A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Write effective ad copy aligned with brand voice and optimized for performance.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and daily spend to ensure efficient use of funds.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies.
  2. Optimize and refine paid search campaigns for improved performance.
  3. Analyze data to inform campaign optimization and strategy adjustments.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in paid search campaign management, preferably in e-commerce environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and drive ROI-positive results.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.).
