Job Title

Our organization is seeking a skilled professional to drive audience growth and demand generation by creating engaging content, graphics, and video-led material. This role requires efficient marketing operations that enable sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive audience growth and engagement across both brands (followers, views, reach, engagement).
  • Create compelling content, graphics, and videos tailored for LinkedIn and digital platforms.
  • Plan scripts and shot lists; collaborate with the team; design graphics and edit raw footage into high-quality short- and long-form videos with hooks, captions/subtitles, and on-brand visuals.
  • Manage the content calendar, including posts, case studies, one-pagers, proposals, decks, landing pages, and EDM copy. - Build Case Studies
  • Maintain and update websites with light SEO optimisation (titles, thumbnails, UTMs).
  • Build and manage CRM segments, automations, and dashboards; deliver weekly performance insights.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to coordinate sends, handoffs, and effective content utilisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent written English with the ability to produce clear, persuasive copy across channels.
  • Strong graphic design skills: expertise in Canva (preferred) and at least one of Figma/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
  • Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere) including captions, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
  • Highly organised, with proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, UTM tracking, basic analytics (Google Analytics/LinkedIn), and presentation tools (PowerPoint/Canva).
