Job Title: Digital Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our content creation department, you will be responsible for developing engaging short-form content that resonates with our audience.

Your primary focus will be on editing raw footage into visually appealing videos for social media platforms, including TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You will also be responsible for managing our social media accounts, creating graphics, writing captions, and scheduling posts for peak engagement.

To succeed in this role, you must have a passion for storytelling through video and experience managing social media accounts. You should be skilled in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar, and have a strong eye for visuals and storytelling.

You will work closely with our founder to ensure that your content meets our brand tone and aligns with our marketing strategy. If you are a creative and self-motivated individual who is able to manage time independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit 4–5 short-form videos (20 seconds each) weekly using raw footage from Google Drive, including basic edits like captions, transitions, and light branding.
  • Design simple, on-brand graphics and maintain a natural, authentic visual style across all content.
  • Write engaging captions, schedule posts for peak engagement, and publish to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate closely with our founder for approvals, take creative feedback well, and make necessary revisions.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar.
  • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts.
  • Strong eye for visuals and storytelling through video.
  • Able to create content matching our brand tone for kids to young adults.
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and good at managing time independently.
  • Portfolio with relevant short-form video and social media examples.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of youth trends and content.
  • Creative and able to work with little supervision.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe, or other editing tools.
