Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team on a project basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful digital design projects where your expertise will directly shape user experiences.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for driving projects from concept to completion, starting with client briefs and ending with final delivery. You will collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to uncover requirements, design effective solutions, and guide developers through the build, testing, and rollout stages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for various clients
  • Work closely with the Head of UX & Design to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end development, to hand over designs and test completed products
  • Present implemented feedback and lead 'work in progress' meetings with clients
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year leading projects from start to finish
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including creating prototypes and preparing designs for handover to developers
  • Good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design
  • Experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps
  • Skilled in creating designs that look great and work well on any device
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with remote teams across different time zones
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic template customization
