We're seeking an exceptional Finance Admin Associate to join our full-time, on-site team. As a key member of our client's logistics company, you'll maintain the financial heartbeat of their operations.

Your Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Daily profit and loss reporting
  2. End-of-month invoice monitoring
  3. Delivery drivers toll payment invoicing
  4. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly financial and credit reports
  5. Monthly invoice retrieval
  6. General invoicing including warehouse
  7. Support the finance team in audits and financial analysis
  8. Maintain organised financial records and documents for easy accessibility and reference
  9. Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making

Must-Have Qualifications include:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  3. Adept at Xero and Microsoft Excel

Bonus Points for:

  1. Logistics experience would be a huge plus
