We are seeking an experienced Amazon Account Manager to drive business growth and success in the Europe market. This is a dynamic role that requires a unique blend of technical, project management, and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central, as well as expertise across multiple Amazon marketplaces. They will be responsible for coordinating activities, overseeing timelines and deliverables, assigning tasks effectively, monitoring progress, and adjusting plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketplace Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the nuances of different Amazon marketplaces, including improving product visibility, rankings, and sales.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage projects from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of high-quality results.
  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their goals and objectives, and provide regular updates and performance reports.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Engage with clients, teams, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration across functions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, data analysis skills, and tools like Helium10, JungleScout, and ZonGuru.
  • Brand Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, optimize listings, manage PPC campaigns, analyze sales data, and identify expansion opportunities.
