In Partnership with JobsAvenuePH, we are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Team Lead to join our team of experts. As a Penetration Testing Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams of technical testers on penetration testing and red team engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of TCP/IP network protocols, Windows, Linux, UNIX, and other major operating systems. They should also have experience with manual attack and penetration testing, as well as scripting/programming skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java, Perl etc.).

This role requires the ability to convey complex technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives. You will also be expected to build strong internal relationships within EY Advisory Services and with other service lines across the organization.

Responsibilities include performing in-depth analysis of penetration testing results, creating reports that describe findings, exploitation procedures, risks, and recommendations. The successful candidate will also be able to develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a graduate/B.E./M.Sc. (Stats, Maths, Computer Science)/MBA with a background in computer science and programming/MCA with at least 8 years of work experience in penetration testing. This includes internet, intranet, web application penetration tests, wireless, social engineering, and Red Team assessments.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Windows, Linux, UNIX, any other major operating systems, and a deep understanding of TCP/IP network protocols. They should also have experience with various Active Directory attack techniques and an understanding of network security and popular attacks vectors.

A strong understanding of software security, network security, and information technology management technologies and principles is essential. Knowledge of vulnerability management, patch management, and configuration management best practices is also required.
