Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Cybersecurity Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage Risk: Manage risk across the organization, including performing risk assessments, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing controls to mitigate risks.
  3. Ensure Compliance: Ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including performing self-assessments and providing attestation of compliance.
  4. Oversee Security Training: Oversee security training programs, including developing and delivering training sessions, assessing training needs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
  5. Cybersecurity and Incident Response: Investigate security incidents, develop incident response plans, and oversee the implementation of cybersecurity measures to prevent future incidents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related field with at least 10 years of experience in IT security, cybersecurity, and operations risk management.
  • Agile methodology experience.
  • End-to-end software development lifecycle experience.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, Project Management, CRISC, CISM, and Security+.
  • Experience in agile strategy, lean software development lifecycle, problem-solving, decision-making, and leading complex projects.
