Job Title: Ionic Developer

We are looking for a skilled Ionic developer with experience in Angular to create high-quality, cross-platform mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will work on delivering responsive, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that run smoothly on both iOS and Android.

This role involves the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis, design, and development to testing, deployment, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop mobile and web applications using Ionic 5+ and Angular, ensuring excellent UI/UX.
  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA, and clients to deliver seamless solutions.
  • Integrate and manage RESTful APIs and use Cordova/Capacitor for native features.
  • Ensure quality through manual and automated testing, bug fixing, and performance optimization.
  • Provide technical inputs during sprint planning and client discussions.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and share knowledge with the team.

Success Metrics include delivery of high-quality applications on time and with minimal defects, positive client feedback, contributions to team knowledge sharing, and active support in business growth initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields.
  • 1–2 years of professional development experience.
  • 6–12 months of hands-on experience with Ionic 5+ and Angular.
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs integration.
  • Good English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Flexible work schedule including mid-shifts and night shifts.

Nice to Have includes Native Android/iOS development, AWS/Azure familiarity, backend knowledge, app store deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and prior mentoring experience.
