Space Design Expert Wanted

We are seeking a driven, design-focused professional to fill this key role in developing creative workspace solutions for commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present visually compelling workspace designs using CET Designer and AutoCAD, aligned with client needs and project objectives.
  • Create accurate project drawings, specifications, renderings, and presentations that support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Select and present finishes, furniture options, and material palettes, ensuring design continuity and alignment with client expectations.
  • Review architectural plans, conduct code analyses, and incorporate building site conditions into workspace designs.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and project teams throughout the design process, providing timely updates and incorporating feedback.
Qualifications:
  • Strong English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a client-facing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in CET Designer, AutoCAD, Project Spec, and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial furniture, workspace design, or related industry.
