Job Title: Legal Secretary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Secretary to join our team at Prestigious Law Firm in Makati.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our legal team, including preparing documents, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of court documents, pleadings, and other legal papers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and case notes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary.
  • Bachelor's degree in Secretarial or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Typing speed of at least 40-45 wpm.
