Job Title: Dining Director - Luxury Cruise Line

We are seeking a seasoned Dining Director to join our team at the Vikings Group of Companies. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of dining operations on board our luxury cruise line.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a high-performing team and drive excellence in food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that showcase the best of international cuisine
  • Lead a team of chefs and culinary staff to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and dining areas
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed customer expectations
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a senior culinary or hospitality management position
  • High school education or higher, or a diploma in Hospitality Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
What We Offer:

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, including:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience
