Accounts Payable Administrator

As a key member of our finance team, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to manage and process all accounts payable transactions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable and possess excellent analytical skills, organizational abilities, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Process invoices and expense reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation
- Prepare and process payments to suppliers and vendors
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and invoice inquiries
The selected candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in accounts payable and contribute to the success of our finance team.
Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounts payable or related field
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and best practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
