Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Billing & Accounting Specialist with a strong background in accounting or law, preferably within a logistics or warehousing environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing software systems and UPS/FedEx invoices to identify and resolve discrepancies. This includes reviewing and assessing software systems for accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency, as well as investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in accounting, specifically within a logistics or warehousing company. They should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Familiarity with UPS/FedEx billing systems is a plus, along with proficiency in auditing tools and software, such as MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential, as the selected candidate will need to prepare detailed reports and summaries of audit findings with actionable recommendations. They should also be able to develop and implement controls to prevent future discrepancies and optimize processes.

Staying up-to-date on relevant legal, regulatory, and industry standards related to shipping and billing is crucial for this role. The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
