Remote Sales Development Representative

This role is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and personally by leveraging your skills in sales, customer service, and communication.

  • Develop a strong understanding of our business goals and objectives.
  • Establish relationships with clients and candidates to provide exceptional support and guidance.
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage databases, schedule appointments, and analyze data to support sales efforts.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates and clients to introduce services and job opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and schedule follow-up calls or interactions.
  • Manage and maintain sales databases and CRM systems.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team.
  • Research, gather, and analyze data to support sales efforts.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and candidates.
  • Resolve inquiries and address concerns promptly.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and candidates.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or a related field.
  • Skills: Advanced English language proficiency, strong communication skills, and ability to work in a remote environment.

Work Environment:

  • Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift
  • Regular schedule: 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Manila Time
  • Daylight saving: 8:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Manila Time

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales
  • Previous experience in the recruiting, real estate, engineering, or manufacturing industry is a plus

  • Ability to handle rejection and remain professional
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
