Job Description

This role is part of a subsidiary, with responsibilities across multiple brands and markets. The goal is to develop and design consistent digital marketing assets for eight brands in two markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and design effective digital marketing assets.
  • Deliver assets across organic/paid social, CRM, and display for static and video placements.
  • Leverage conceptual thinking to execute exciting digital ideas.
  • Develop storyboards and animation as needed.
  • Execute adaptations across various digital marketing assets.
  • Manage workflow and projects from concept to final product against tight deadlines.
  • Delegate tasks and provide feedback to team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years experience at a creative/branding agency or design-led consumer brand.
  • Strong portfolio credible in digital design.
  • Understanding of user-centered design, responsive design, mobile-first design, and web standards.
  • Solid knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Efficient, organized, and able to prioritize workload.
  • Conceptual thinking and willingness to experiment.
  • Experience working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Great communicator and highly collaborative.
