About the Job

The Senior Crew is a key position that plays a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

  • Our Senior Crew members are responsible for attending to customers' needs, taking and serving orders, and dealing with customer feedback in a professional and positive manner.
  • They must also maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the store, including regular sanitation tasks.
  • In addition, they will be expected to lend a hand to different store areas whenever needed, demonstrating their adaptability and teamwork skills.

Physical work includes standing for long periods, reaching counter tops/high storage shelves, being exposed to heavy smoke and steam, and lifting heavy restaurant equipment/ingredients.

Job Qualifications
  • At least a High School graduate with a strong focus on customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
  • A patient and attentive individual who is committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Someone with a customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills, able to effectively handle customer feedback and concerns.
