The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end service delivery in the Invoice to Cash Collection and dispute function for specific business MRCs and markets in Manila hub.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Building strong relationships with business partners to ensure effective collaboration and value creation.
  • Leading the identification of opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and system enhancements.
  • Focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization of process.
  • Providing leadership and coaching for individuals through developmental feedback and performance evaluation.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of a bachelor's level degree or equivalent in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.
  • More than 6 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years of people management experience.
  • End-to-end Invoice to Cash process experience (Cash Applications, Credit Management, Collections/Dispute Management), with extensive expertise in Collections/Dispute Management.
  • Strong customer engagement skills for both internal and external stakeholders, particularly within EMEA and NA cultures.
  • Capable of shaping and defining solutions and strategies for customer portfolios.
