Division CFO

As the Division CFO, you will lead the development of an AI-powered financial ecosystem that streamlines traditional team structures and fosters rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing a cutting-edge AI-integrated financial ecosystem to support rapidly scaling educational ventures
  • Authoring strategic business cases that revolutionize and streamline critical financial processes
  • Providing expert written feedback on in-depth analyses and improvement plans to enhance logical frameworks and train both AI systems and human colleagues
  • Engaging in strategic discussions focused on budgeting, market expansion, vendor partnerships, and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinating seamless large-scale financial operations across tuition management, audit processes, and tax compliance

Requirements:

  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA)
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience in senior roles (Finance Manager, Controller, CFO, or comparable positions) with demonstrable advancement
  • Proven track record in executive finance leadership (SVP, CFO, or equivalent) with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions
  • Expert knowledge of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting
  • Extensive experience optimizing and managing ERP platforms (NetSuite, SAP, etc.), preferably in multi-entity organizational structures
  • Successfully managed or participated in at least 5 external audits with reputable accounting firms, from either perspective
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of effective executive-level engagement
  • Based within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones
