Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assess and screen coverage or non-coverage availments, ensuring quick response or resolution of cases.
- Document all captured transactions in the call management system.
- Respond to availment queries and complaints, escalating them to the relevant departments or units as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.
- Background or experience in an insurance company or an outsourcing company doing life and/or health insurance operations is an advantage.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to report on-site and/or assigned location, daily.
- Open to working in different shifts, as defined by Client requirement (APAC, EMEA, North America).
- Competitive salary up to 25,000 + complete benefits.
