Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and showcase your expertise as a skilled Web Designer.

You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website layouts, graphics, and digital assets that meet the highest standards of quality.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, combined with technical skills in WordPress and proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with developers and project managers to deliver client projects on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging visuals and user-friendly website layouts, graphics, and digital assets
  • Populate and manage websites using WordPress, including installing/configuring plugins, customizing themes, and maintaining site content
  • Implement and modify designs using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP/JavaScript when needed
  • Ensure websites are responsive, optimized, and aligned with branding and client requirements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely delivery of client projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design or layout issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Web Designer or WordPress Designer
  • Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for layout, color, and typography
  • Knowledge and experience in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Expert knowledge of WordPress, including plugins, themes, and site population
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and familiarity with PHP and JavaScript is a plus
  • Solid understanding of responsive web design and user experience principles
  • Attention to detail and ability to deliver clean, polished work
  • Strong communication and time management skills; able to work independently on multiple projects
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools is a plus
  • Experience in digital marketing or SEO basics is desirable
