Job Description

As a senior member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the cloud infrastructure, leading technical projects, and mentoring junior engineers. Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence, as well as strong programming skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage JIRA project configurations including schemes, permissions, notifications, custom fields, and issue types
  • Provide expert support for Confluence, offering best practices and guidance where necessary
  • Implement high-impact automations across departments, leading to measurable improvements in turnaround time and process reliability
  • Identify and deliver new automation initiatives in line with emerging business requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in software development and cloud architecture. Key qualifications include:

  • Strong Jira experience covering migration, design, and administration of all aspects of the service
  • Strong Confluence experience covering migration, design, and administration of all aspects of the service
  • Proficiency in programming, with a demonstrated history of developing and maintaining custom solutions
  • Good collaboration and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, including migrations, cloud automation, security best practices, and architectural design
