Creative Production Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to lead the development and execution of visual and creative assets for our Creative department. This role involves hands-on creation of creative assets for emails, website content, paid and organic social media, and other marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Asset Development: Actively create compelling visual assets, including graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire creative production process, from ideation to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, content, and design) and external consultants to produce high-quality creative assets.
  • Feedback & Revisions: Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 5 years in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Key Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp.
    • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
