Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Learning Content Developer to design, animate and produce engaging instructional videos that support our training initiatives.

This role involves transforming written training materials into dynamic visual content using tools like Powtoon or similar platforms. As a Learning Content Developer, you will work closely with content creators to storyboard scenes, plan visual flow and determine the most effective visual treatment.

  • Script-to-Screen Production: Transform training scripts and storyboards into polished, learner-centric animated videos using Powtoon or similar tools.
  • Visual Storytelling: Apply our tone, branding and design guidelines to produce videos that enhance clarity, engagement and retention.
  • Storyboarding & Planning: Collaborate with content creators to storyboard scenes, plan visual flow and determine the most effective visual treatment.
  • Audio & Voice Integration: Integrate narration, background music and sound effects to reinforce tone and timing.
  • Content Conversion: Transform written training materials into dynamic, learner-friendly video formats.
  • Video QA & Iteration: Review and revise videos based on team and learner feedback to ensure high-quality final deliverables.
  • LMS Collaboration: Coordinate with LMS Content Coordinators and/or Training Developers to format, test and upload videos to TalentLMS or other platforms.
  • Template & Asset Management: Build and maintain reusable video templates and visual assets to ensure consistency and streamline production.
  • Project Coordination: Manage video development timelines and deliverables, ensuring content is delivered on time and aligned with training calendars.
