The role of a Website Migration Specialist plays a pivotal part in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering seamless website migration experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities include:
  • Managing design accuracy, content integrity, and functionality alignment during the migration process.
  • Copied and recreated customer websites with ease.

About the Job

The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of BPO experience, senior high graduates with relevant experience welcome. The selected individual will possess proven experience in website migration, web development, or technical support, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Identifying key features for successful migrations.
  2. Verifying website functionality, responsiveness, and security before final handover.
  3. Maintaining layout adjustments, plugin compatibility, and performance optimization.
  4. Resolving issues identified during testing.
  5. Providing feedback on process improvements and technical challenges.
