Job Description

Cyber Transformation is a critical component of modern business, requiring skilled professionals to design and implement secure identity and access management solutions. As a Cyber Transformation Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing IAM strategies that align with organizational security and compliance requirements, ensuring seamless user experiences while maintaining robust security measures.

This role focuses on building and implementing IAM systems, including Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) systems, to ensure accurate access permissions and timely provisioning/deprovisioning.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and enforce access control policies using Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), regularly reviewing and updating policies to reflect changing business needs and security requirements.

Additionally, you will implement and maintain authentication mechanisms like LDAP, OAuth, SAML, and Kerberos, ensuring robust and compliant authorization processes.

Monitoring IAM systems for security vulnerabilities and addressing identified issues promptly, as well as maintaining compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and data protection laws, are also key responsibilities of this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IAM and IT security, with expertise in IAM technologies such as Saviynt, ForgeRock, SailPoint, and Ping.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
