Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Developer who shares our passion for delivering high-quality web applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new features and improve existing ones;
  • E nsuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of our applications;
  • Identifying and resolving bugs in a timely manner;
  • Maintaining code quality and implementing automation tools;
  • Assisting in the management of cloud infrastructure;

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and developing new features to troubleshooting and optimizing existing codebases. You will also contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing your expertise and knowledge with colleagues.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A proven track record as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role;
  • Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure management;
  • Solid knowledge of database systems;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
  • 1-2 years of experience (or more if you're a superstar).
