About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects from inception to completion, with a strong focus on technical expertise, project management tools and methodologies, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and colleagues, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ Years of Experience: As a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge: Of construction materials, methods, and equipment.
  • Proficient in Project Management Tools: Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Highly Organized: With the ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Certification: Professional Engineering (P.Eng.) licence or certification is an asset.
