We are seeking a dynamic professional to secure revenue generated by our sales organization, build strong business relationships, and foster positive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers via phone, email, or fax to discuss outstanding invoices and billing issues.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts ranging from 300 to 600, with a focus on Canadian and/or US territories.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer accounts and champion our receivable policy.
  • Manage past-due requests within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to mitigate risk and ensure maximum payment recovery.
  • Work with internal sales teams to proactively troubleshoot payment issues.
  • Document and track collections activity using monthly reports.
  • Manage individual and departmental monthly targets.
Requirements:
  • A completed diploma in Accounting or Finance (or related experience).
  • Two to three years of experience in corporate collections, focusing on medium to enterprise-level customers.
  • Experience with Accounts Receivable escalation processes and taking initiative to resolve account issues.
  • A good understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
