  • Offer data-driven recommendations for policy refinement and program enhancement based on emerging trends and issues.

This role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities with minimal guidance.

">Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in trust and safety policy, operations, content moderation, or a similar analytical and operational role.
  • Proven ability to create and refine policies in partnership with large-scale operations or BPO environments.
  • Demonstrated experience turning regulatory or legal guidance into frontline-ready SOPs.

A successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment, designing scalable solutions to complex problems.
