**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Schneider Electric Gruppe. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, creating and delivering marketing campaigns to support the Pacific team.

This includes developing, managing, and delivering campaigns using Salesforce and other ad-hoc reporting requests. The role also involves collaborating with the Digital Customer Experience team, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure effective use of automation tools ensuring global alignment for updates and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the regional team in developing and implementing automated marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
  • Develop, manage, and design layouts of digital communications such as presentations, events, and content creations.
  • Plan, develop, and execute digital programs and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics or other related technical field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in performing market research, with strong working knowledge in marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing Platforms (Salesforce and others) and Excel.
  • Consciously adopts best practices and applies performance tuning.
