We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation of Workday Payroll solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring successful deployment by architecting, configuring and testing Workday solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expertise in the Workday Payroll product suite, including Absence and Time Tracking.
  • Leading deployments as a member of a team, or coaching others to successfully gather and document client business requirements, design and configure the Workday solution, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems, assist in testing the Workday solution, and complete knowledge transfer to clients.
  • Working with confidential client/data conversion teams to help convert legacy data into Workday.
  • Assisting integration consulting teams in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions.
  • Mentoring new consultants and serving as a professional role model, coaching others on product knowledge.
  • Resolving complex tasks/requirements when other team members need support.
  • Facilitating clients' intellectual and practical adoption of Workday best practices.
  • Maintaining clients' ongoing satisfaction, ensuring we are referenceable and referable once in production.
  • Providing regular status reports to project managers, keeping them apprised of overall project status.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years implementing a combination of Payroll/Absence/Time Tracking Solutions.
  • Current active Workday Payroll Certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company.
  • Previous experience configuring and deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate or similar applications.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Functional experience in one or more of the following areas: Payroll, Absence and/or Time Tracking.
  • Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering abilities.
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training.
  • Experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously a plus.
