Experienced HR Administrator Wanted

We need an experienced HR administrator to support our internal HR operations on a part-time basis.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Process payroll accurately, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- HR Functions: Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation, as well as ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards.
- Employee Support: Provide HR-related assistance, including onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Reporting: Generate reports on payroll, attendance, and HR metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and compliance.
- Prior experience working in a remote or startup environment is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage HR tasks effectively.
