Senior Architect with Advanced 3D Modeling and Design Expertise

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect with expertise in advanced 3D modeling and design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and functional architectural designs, developing detailed construction documents, and producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute architectural design concepts that meet client requirements and project goals
  • Create detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details using Revit
  • Utilize 3ds Max to produce realistic 3D models and visualizations for design presentations and client reviews
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and project feasibility
  • Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Architect with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects
  • Proficiency in Revit for creating detailed construction documents and BIM (Building Information Modeling)
  • Expertise in 3ds Max for producing high-quality 3D models and visualizations
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with other design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices
  • Familiarity with virtual reality (VR) tools for immersive design presentations
