Product Management Role

We are seeking a seasoned product manager to join our team in driving innovative solutions for supplements.

The ideal candidate will leverage customer feedback and data analysis to inform product improvements, focusing on taste, formulation, and packaging. A strong understanding of customer behavior and survey methodologies is essential.

This role involves working closely with manufacturers and suppliers to enhance product offerings. The successful candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive meaningful changes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and act on customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct calls
  • Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to optimize product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and benchmark against competitors
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and design teams to align product improvements with brand positioning
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the success of product improvements and iterate accordingly
Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of experience in product management within the supplements or health & wellness industry
  • Proven track record of improving product taste, formulation, and packaging
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, survey methodologies, and product testing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working remotely
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
