Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee our product portfolio from start to finish, encompassing product strategy, supplier management, technical assistance, and procurement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be the internal go-to expert for all product-related queries
  • Provide support for technical scoping and assist with large or complex requests for quotation (RFQs)
  • Train internal teams and offer tools that make it easier to sell and support our offerings
  • Develop and maintain specifications sheets, documentation, and internal product resources
Catalog Management:
  • Owning accuracy and documentation across our product listings
  • Monitoring performance, returns, and customer feedback
  • Identifying gaps and leading the addition of new products
  • Forecasting demand and ensuring inventory levels meet business needs
Maintaining Documentation & Compliance:
  • Reviewing and managing CAD files, certifications, and compliance documentation
  • Ensuring product specifications, listings, and supporting documents are always up to date and easy to understand
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or catalog operations
  • Familiarity with flow control, automation, or mechanical components
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and specification sheets
