Job Description

The HR Business Partner will be responsible for managing Employee Relations, providing strategic guidance to management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include collecting and organizing employee data, scheduling employee orientation and training, working with management to assess employee satisfaction, providing counseling services, developing proposals for attrition and engagement programs, case management, tracking labor cases, leading job evaluation activities, representing the company in labor cases, maintaining PHL employee relations processes, and performing other duties assigned to support Company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 6-12 months of professional experience in handling Employee Relations functions in a BPO/shared services environment and possess a good command of written and spoken English, with proficiency in GSuite.
