Scope of Work

The Quality Specialist rigorously reviews our creative output to ensure adherence to client quality control standards and exceeds client expectations regarding creative quality.

  • Meticulously examines customers' requests to guarantee they adhere to our quality control standards.
  • Maintains High Productivity and Efficiency.
  • Analyzes customer concerns from a quality perspective and provides valuable recommendations and observations to enhance our quality outputs.
  • Conducts technical reviews and offers well-founded feedback to creatives on requests within our scope of service, focusing on customer instructions, brand adherence, copy accuracy, and general industry standards.
  • Adheres to established quality control procedures while utilizing our platform functionalities correctly.
  • Collaborates closely with Quality Specialist teammates and Quality Coordinator to streamline the handling of the quality review queue efficiently.
  • Remains informed about the latest updates and pertinent information concerning the creative review process, ensuring the enforcement of up-to-date procedures.
  • Generates weekly reports highlighting areas for improvement in overall aesthetics and creative quality of clients' requests.
