Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of customer interactions by monitoring and evaluating performance, providing feedback, and creating reports to track progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and score calls based on set criteria to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide detailed written feedback to team leaders and managers to aid in development.
  • Develop and maintain QA scorecards and dashboards to visualize performance metrics.
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss trends, suggestions, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite applications.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Home Office Requirements:
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
  • A computer with a minimum of 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent.
  • Noise-cancelling headset.
  • Backup internet connection and power outage backup system.
  • Dual monitor setup.
