Airfreight Operations Leader

As a seasoned airfreight professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full shipment cycle of valuable cargo airfreight. This entails ensuring secure and compliant handling, while also coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, external vendors, and international agents to support door-to-door delivery.

This includes:

  • Managing the shipment cycle of valuable cargo airfreight, guaranteeing secure and compliant handling.
  • Coordinating with airlines, ground handlers, external vendors, and international agents to facilitate seamless door-to-door delivery.
  • Handling logistics documentation and monitoring shipment milestones.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will serve as the local representative of our organization in Manila, handle basic admin tasks remotely, and assist in the establishment of a local entity. You will also act as a liaison between local vendors, clients, and government agencies when necessary.

Key requirements for this position include:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the airfreight or logistics industry, preferably in valuable cargo.
  • Strong knowledge of IATA airfreight procedures and local customs regulations.
  • Experience working remotely and independently, with strong self-management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
