About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity for a motivated individual who can manage projects from start to finish, overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure.

  • Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Team Management:

  • Lead and motivate project teams to achieve their goals
  • Identify and address team members' training needs
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members

Risk and Issue Management:

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact project success
  • Proactively address issues that arise during project execution
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to resolve issues

Change Management:

  • Cultivate a culture of change agility within the project team
  • Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders
  • Ensure that all changes are properly documented and tracked

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
  • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key project metrics

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders
  • Address stakeholder concerns and escalate issues as needed

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
