Arcadis is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Pursuit and Sales Enablement Associate.
About the RoleThis role will focus on providing support to Arcadis business units, working closely with the Pursuit and Sales Enablement Team (PSET) to deliver high-quality proposals. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and developing creative, compelling, and quality end-to-end proposals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursuit Coordination: Assist with pursuit activities, including planning, proposal development, and presentation preparation.
- Proposal Development: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Arcadis' services and offerings, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Pursuit Team Support: Work with regional and local pursuit teams to coordinate and develop creative, compelling, and quality end-to-end proposals.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering-related field.
- Experience: Preferably one year of administrative experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop).
- Communication Skills: Good English communication skills both verbal and written with strong computer skills.
