Job Description

The expanding global capability center in a respected U.S. healthcare and health & safety organization is seeking an experienced FPA Senior Analyst to join their team.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Data Analysis: Collects, analyzes, and interprets financial and operational data to uncover trends, variances, and key business drivers.
  • Reporting: Develops and maintains standard and ad hoc reports to support performance monitoring, quality initiatives, and strategic planning.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities through data modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Variance Analysis: Prepares variance analysis with clear explanations of deviations from budget or forecast.
  • Process Improvement: Identifies process gaps and recommends improvements to drive operational and financial efficiency.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Financial Modeling: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms).
  • Business Acumen: Solid understanding of budgeting processes, variance analysis, and key financial metrics.
  • Communication: Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data and reports.
  • Prioritization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and support strategic initiatives.
  • Integrity: Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in all financial activities.
