Key Responsibilities:

  • Write 60-90 high-quality cold emails per day based on LinkedIn profiles.
  • Develop authentic, conversational openers that speak directly to the recipient's interests.
  • Maintain a consistent workflow, balancing speed and quality while meeting daily targets.
  • Collaborate with the outreach team to refine messaging and optimize reply rates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written English skills with a natural, human tone.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Passion for writing that drives measurable results (reply rates and interviews).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Understanding of what makes an email worth replying to (SDR, sales, or cold outreach experience a big plus).
  • Availability to work during US business hours.
