Japan AP Financial Operations Expert

At Amazon, we're seeking a skilled Japan AP Financial Operations Expert to play an important role in our Japan Accounts Payable Financial Operations Team (A/P). This position will focus on Accounts Payable with a strong emphasis on paying vendors on time and all related activities to achieve this mission.

  1. Responsible for JP Retail AP POR process.
  2. Reporting and analyzing data provided by different tools.
  3. Answering invoice PQV payment related inquiries from JP Retail vendors.
  4. Other works assigned by manager.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel or similar desktop applications.
  • Workable Japanese speaking and writing skills.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Good communication skills – Written & Verbal.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least 2 years work experience of using both Japanese (main) and English.
  • Teamwork, good communication skills, hardworking, and detail-oriented.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
