Junior Credit Product Manager Position

The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct thorough pre-release and post-implementation tests (user acceptance, live test, etc.) to ensure the quality of our financial products.

A key aspect of this position involves writing comprehensive test cases and obtaining approval from relevant stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting bugs and errors to product managers and development teams in a timely manner, ensuring close monitoring of defect resolution and retest.

Additionally, this individual will provide regular updates on testing progress and clearly escalate any potential risks to test completion. They will also be responsible for creating detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect management for required sign-offs.

Another crucial aspect of this role is to continuously improve UAT efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions. This includes planning test schedules, determining manpower/tester requirements, setup and configuration prior to test implementation, and managing overall project timelines and reporting risks and issues.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test cases based on business requirements. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, strong sense of quality control, and demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Information Systems preferred
  • 0-3 years of experience in product/software testing, open to fresh graduates
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, able to communicate technical information effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and strong sense of quality control
