Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Data Connectivity Specialist. As a key member of our Client Connectivity Services team, you will be responsible for connecting clients to our network and ensuring seamless data transfer.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and validate client data to establish connections to our network.
  • Work with internal teams to implement network configurations and authentication protocols.
  • Configure data delivery for selected products and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Navigate internal stakeholders to resolve client queries and manage client expectations.
  • Monitor and track client queries using case management tools.
  • Support client queries via email and phone.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

You should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a broad knowledge of transfer protocols and computing systems.
