Migration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled migration expert to lead our business's transition from an outdated system to Zoho One.

  • System Migration: Migrate all data, including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations, with minimal disruption.
  • Zoho CRM & Books Management: Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Integration & Automation: Set up Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect for smooth third-party integrations.
  • Process Optimization: Develop custom Deluge scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Security & User Management: Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Ongoing System Maintenance: Regularly update Zoho applications, enhance system capabilities, and improve efficiency based on business needs.

Key qualifications include proven expertise in Zoho One, experience in data migration, strong knowledge of automation tools, ability to integrate APIs with third-party applications, background in business process automation and optimization, excellent analytical skills, and ability to train and support users.

Preferred qualifications include experience working with jewelry businesses or e-commerce brands, familiarity with accounting systems like QuickBooks, and knowledge of SEO/marketing tools.

Responsibilities:1. System Migration:
